it's 后面跟的都是形容词。但用for 和用of是不一样的。要区别什么情况用for什么情况用of ，有个简单的方法：就是把句子反过来看。例如：
It's kind of you to help me. 反过来看就是：you are kind .
It's hard for me to find a job. 反过来就是：i am hard，说不通的。
