几个英语问题

3题中动词是单数的is，而名词是minutes（分钟的复数），难道minutes有单数名词的意义？

2、英语的语境和汉语有些不同，这里，因使用but，表示“拒绝”的意思。所以要选一个拒绝的选项，即C。英语里，先说“no”，再用but解释。中文里则是先表示愿意，再用“可是”拒绝。
3、这个问题，我选D。
根据语境，表示有点时间。minutes是可数名词，所以要用a few。我觉得答案错了
