为什么有时keep后加healthing有时加healthy？有什么区别吗？

keep+adj (形容词) 是保持XX，比如说，keep fit 保持苗条

有keep+doing这一说的呀，我在网上搜过的，但我就是搞不懂它们有什么区别？

是有keep doing的用法，但是keep healthing是错误的，保持健康只能说是keep healthy，是保持健康的状态，类似于keep running是可以的
