澳大利亚昆士兰大学硕士HRM专业如何？教授课程都有哪些？

我当然了解澳洲的教学模式。我即将在澳洲本科毕业。我问的是硕士专业课的课程设置。也就是说HRM专业一般都有哪些课程组合？1.5年的时间内，我需要必修那些课程？我想这都是一些基本不会改变的信息。

我现在UQ的HRM在读，HRM是Business学院的，刚刚改了课程结构，有Business的四门必修课（Operating International Business ，Marketing，Principles of Strategic Management 和Entrepreneurship and New Ventures） ，六门专业必修课（Managing Organisational Behaviour ，Strategic Human Resource Management ，Performance Leadership，Contemporary Employment Relations，Employee and Organisational Development 和Change Leadership ），两门任选课。具体资料可以看http://www.uq.edu.au/study/program_list.html?acad_prog=5248

每学期的老师都不定，只有开学前才能知道确切的，但大课至少都是博士和副教授，小课就随便了，很有可能是其他科的学生给你上课，澳洲大学都这样。
