我是刚接触信用证的，一拿到信用证不知道第一步该干嘛，该怎么着手去做？真的是一头雾水，望知情者指导指

第一个条款的意思是：除非另有规定，此信用证下，在向我们交单之前，任何有关汇票议付的费用应向受益人收取。
第二个条款：我们也接受由快递公司出具的运输单据，其显示负担快递费的一方并非收货人。（意思就是由发货人负担快递费）
