Due to your interest in traveling to Ghana to conduct research and seek business opportunities through networking in Ghana as well as to complete a tour of various local attractions, it will be a great opportunity for us to coordinate with your group and to provide you the following itinerary that includes travel expenses for me and my assistant and your group as well as several sites to visit to include our Various Ministries and industrial locations.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to discuss the business opportunities available for the
China Corporation Network to visit Ghana for Networking Conferences aimed at establishing business relationships with Ghana. This document will outline the areas of attraction in Ghana being visited as well as the proposed costs for all members of your tour group.

SCOPE OF VISIT
Universal Company LLC in collaboration with Iconcept Media Group of West Africa’s mission is to establish a Network Conference with media coverage in Ghana for your Chinese Delegation. The following locations have been researched for you to visit:
**Your visit and tour will be concluded by a ½ day conference with the theme of “Ghana-China Cooperation & Networking”, followed by an open floor discussion and light refreshments.

This project requires the full attention and participation by all essential Iconcept Media Group members and The Chinese Cooperation key representatives. Ultimate success is highly dependent on our efforts and willingness to coordinate with each group, dates and times available for the media coverage and conference in Ghana. To help achieve our goal in successfully setting up all tours, conferences and lodgings, it will be our responsibility to perform the following actions with your support:
1. PLANNING: Confirmation on dates and times of visit to Ghana
2. PLANNING: Confirmation on number of delegates traveling to Ghana for Tour
3. PLANNING: Finalize and verify projected budgeting for conference and Iconcept Media Groups travel from the US to Ghana (roundtrip).
It is important that I am in Ghana in the First week of May to organize the tour.
Upon return, China and Ghana will be able to establish and maintain a trade corporation. Both countries will have working knowledge of each industries needs and demands of a growing and prosperous business partnership. This will also allow for future travel to and from Ghana as well as continual communication between both countries.
