产于偃师、汝阳蓟县系汝阳群洛峪口组,五佛山群何家寨组和高山河群石庄组的叠层石白云岩中。在上述层位出露的地区普遍存在。主要组合有：Luoyukouella luoyukouensis,L.longiteniua,L.regularis,L.jiunudongensis,Parachihsienella xiaodingshanensis,Jurusania lushanensis,Conophyton con-celosum,C.cf.concelosum,C.cf.oculaoides,Colonnella heishanensis。共生有红藻类Protosphaeridium densum,Multisiphonia hemicirculis等。时代为中元古代蓟县纪晚期。
