一、 一般现在时：
1.概念：经常、反复发生的动作或行为及现在的某种状况。
2.时间状语： always, usually, often, sometimes, every week (day, year, month…), once a week, on Sundays,
3.否定形式：am/is/are+not;此时态的谓语动词若为行为动词，则在其前加don't,如主语为第三人称单数，则用doesn't，同时还原行为动词。
4.一般疑问句：把be动词放于句首；用助动词do提问，如主语为第三人称单数，则用does，同时，还原行为动词。
例句：. It seldom snows here. He is always ready to help others.本回答被提问者采纳

(1)表示现状，性质，状态或习惯性动作。如：
We know alattle English.
我们懂点英语。（表示主语具备的能力）
He goes to school at 7:30 every day.
他每天7:30上学。（表经常，习惯性动作）
这是动词常与频率副词always,never,often,sometimes,usually,every day,onSun-days,once a week等时间状语连用。
（2）表示客观事实或普通真理。如：
The sun rises in the east.
太阳从东方升起
The moon noves around the earth.
月亮围绕地球转
（3）再由 when, which, before,until, as soon as等引导的时间状语从句和有连词if和un-less引导的条件状语从句中，可用一般现在时代替一般将来时。如：
We are going to climb the mountain if it doesn’t rain tomorrow.
明天不下雨的话我们去爬山。
Please turnoff thelight before you leave the room.
请离开这个房间前把灯关了。
