Taking into consideration its characteristics and influencing factors, the paper discusses the specific problems currently existing in the construction progress plan during the course of multi-project management; and analyses its solution and optimization methods by conducting research on the compiling, operation management and optimization of the progress planning; so as to achieve the goals of multiple projects and the enterprise, and enhance the level of management and the benefits of the construction enterprise.
