Under the unfavorable situations of limited resource conditions and restricted construction period, construction enterprises are required to construct, manage and supervise the multiple projects simultaneously, as well as to plan and control the progress of the multi-projects and supervise the implementation, so as to achieve the management plan and objective of the enterprise, enhance the level of management and maximize the values of the enterprise.

本文首先对施工企业多项目管理的特征和目标进行总结,结合多项目管理中进度计划管理的特征和影响因素,探讨目前多项目管理过程中施工进度计划存在的具体问题,通过研究进度计划的编制,进度计划的实施管理及其优化等方法;分析基于进度计划的多项目管理的解决方法和进度计划的优化方法,实现多项目和企业的目标,提高施工企业的管理水平和效益。
This paper starts with a summarization of the characteristics and goals of construction enterprises’ multi-project management. Taking into consideration its characteristics and influencing factors, the paper discusses the specific problems currently existing in the construction progress plan during the course of multi-project management; and analyses its solution and optimization methods by conducting research on the compiling, operation management and optimization of the progress planning; so as to achieve the goals of multiple projects and the enterprise, and enhance the level of management and the benefits of the construction enterprise.
