[摘要]： 在市场经济条件下，随着市场竞争的日益激烈，企业随时都会面临财务上的困难不能再继续经营下去，从而使越来越多的企业不得不进行普通清算。目前由于企业清算操作不规范，一方面清算企业对清算过程未进行相应的会计处理，使企业清算失去财务控制；另一方面，普通清算没有引起管理当局特别是主管税务机关的高度重视而成为被遗忘的角落，造成了国家税收流失。而实际上企业破产的财务问题其实就是破产企业的财务管理问题

[摘要]： 在日益激烈的全球经济体系下，企业为了增强自身的竞争实力并获取更多的可实现利润，资金需求不断增加，融资活动随之变得非常重要。融资是一把双刃剑, 既可以带来财务杠杆利益, 又能引发财务风险，因此加强企业融资风险的控制和防范至关重要。本文分析了产生企业融资风险的几种原因, 从企业角度出发，提出防范融资风险的几点措施。

Financing is a double-edged sword, which can bring financial leverage, and can cause financial risk, and therefore strengthen enterprise financing risk control and prevention is very important. This paper analyses the causes of several reasons for enterprise's financing risk from the Angle of enterprises, and puts forward prevention some measures of financing risk.
