请问模拟联合国GA6怎么开 就是如何提motion和wp的问题

我将在3月去北京开会 但是我以前开的会比较偏向于实质性的行动，现在开法律性的会议我不知道如何开 如何提motion和working paper 还有DR

　　在主席问过is there any motion?举国家的placard，然后主席就会点，然后就站起来说，Mexico（比如）moves to suspend the meeting for 20 minites.然后主席就会说this motion is in order, 然后大家投票刚提出的动议。就行了。动议有很多种，常见的有以下的：
（1)暂停会议suspend the meeting for XX minites
（2）关闭发言名单close the speaker's list（即不可以再加入发言名单了，但剩下的人可继续讲完）
（3）结束辩论close the debate（即进入投票）

　　模联会议之工作文件（Working paper）

　　工作文件是达成基本共识的几个国家在会议进程中共同撰写的文件。它的内容包括针对所讨论议题的基本立场以及解决问题的建议与措施。

　　工作文件就是代表们在会议过程中通过游说与磋商所达成的基本共识的书面表达。工作文件没有固定格式，它可以分条列出，也可以用图表等形式表达，以下为工作文件的写作范例：

如果是动议磋商的话，可以
Delegate of Spain motions for an unmoderated/moderated caucus. The topic is…………………………。The total time is ……………….and each delegate has ………………。（只是举例＝ ＝）

WR是由几个国家起草直接交到委员会主席那里就可以了，主席会决定用不用在会议上讨论这份WR，总之较随意，格式也没什么规定。

DR必须是严肃严谨一点，要有一定数量的附议国。也是直截递交给委员会主席，而且必须在会议上展示，起草国最好派代表介绍。有必要的话有Q&A环节。
