《Insomnia》这首歌词的意思就是说一个男人不知不觉的爱上了一个女孩，之前他们大概是同居关系（国外这些意识比较自由开放），并且不是很交心的那种。然后当他意识到这些的时候，那女孩已经受够了他，离开了他。于是男人陷入深深的自责当中，辗转反侧无法入眠，盼着女孩能够回到他身边，想着如果一切都能重来该有多好。所以说男人还是要珍惜眼前人，不要太花心，不然等到失去的时候才追悔莫及。
