应该用到whether的句子里随便你用不用or not的吧。追问

如果是whether的话，在一般的情况下，wether和whether or not是相同的，但是呢，在一些特定的情况下，只能用whether or not ，就是当“whether所提及的内容不会带来影响”的时候，只能用whether，例如：

“I don't agree with his decision whether he is right or not.”
“不论他对否﹐我都不同意他的决定。”

这里的whether所提及的内容是“对否”
而这都没有影响我的“不同意..”
这也就是上文所谓的不会带来“影响”
