大家好,我是lemon,我很高兴能在这里和大家一起谈谈我的教学体会。
经过长时间的英语教学工作,我针对平时教学过程中出现的问题以及平时积累的一点工作总结,谈一谈我对英语工作的感受和想法。
一、关注学生情感,欢快、和谐的上课气氛。
学生只有对自己、对英语有积极的情感,才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩,刻板的情态,不仅会影响英语学习的效果,还会影响其它发展,情感是学好英语的重要因素,因此我努力创造宽松欢快、和谐的上课气氛,做到:
1、尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试,保护他们的自尊心和积极性。
2、把英语教学与情感教学有机地结合起来,创造各种合作学习的活动,促进学生互相学习,互相帮助,体验成就感,发展合作精神。
3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学生,尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。
二、对学生而言,各种评价很重要。评价可以使学生认识自我,树立自信。同时也有助于他们反思及调整自己的学习过程,评价可以采用很多形式。如有口头评价、小奖品、学生之间互相评价等方法,充分发挥学生的积极性,鼓励学生多说,多练,主动积极和外教进行交流,自我提高,从而达到口语,听力的共同进步。
另外,有的家长可能会觉得孩子记忆单词很困难,其实只要掌握了方法,把单词记忆贯穿到娱乐之中,使学生学起来不感到枯燥、乏味,激发他们的学习兴趣,这样就简单多了。我们可以这样来帮助孩子记忆单词:
1.仔细听读音。老师或家长可放录音给孩子听,使孩子从听觉上正确地感受某个单词的读音。 认真看形状。小学的单词,大部分是表示具体的事物。这样教师就可以通过实物、卡片或简笔画,把要学的单词展示在孩子面前,使孩子有一种直观感受。
2.拼读单词。把所学单词书写在黑板上或卡片上,让学生拼读。 想其读音和构成。通过以上三个步骤的训练,所学单词的读音和构成已基本上在学生大脑中形成。这时要求学生想一想所学单词读音和字母组合,主要是加深印象,让学生记牢。 说出和写出单词,检验学生的掌握情况。 以上五个步骤,缺一不可,只有通过听、看、读、说、写的练习,才算系统地完成了一个新单词的记忆。

我相信,每个孩子都是学习语言的天才,作为老师本身我们应发挥善于表现激情、善于鼓励每一个学生,使他们在学校这个欢快的学习氛围中快乐的成长。

Only having active emotion to self , to English , can, keep English studying the student driving force and get achievement , inflexible spirit, not only being able to affect the effect that English studies, be able to affect other developing, emotion is to learn the English key factor , that I make great efforts therefore creates merry , harmonious giving a lesson loose and comfortable the atmosphere, achieves:
1, respect every student , encourage their self-respect and enthusiasm protecting them in trial in studying actively.
2, combines English teaching with organic emotion teaching field , creates various the activity studying in cooperation , the spirit boosting a student learning from each other , helping each other , experiencing feeling of success , developing cooperation.
3, shows solicitude for the chance learning student having difficulty's or character introversion , being that they create language's as far as possible.
Second,For the student , various valuation are face to face very important two. Be confident estimating that the student knows oneself , sets up being able to make. The learning process at the same time also, being conducive to their self-examination and adjusting self, estimates that being able to adopt many forms. Method such as estimating that if having an oral , estimating that each other between the young award , student, bring student's enthusiasm into play sufficiently , encourage a student to practise say much , many, active positive and external religion carries out exchange , oneself improves , reaches thereby spoken language , aural common progress.
