国外学位证书的认证时间：
一般情况，整个国（境）外学历学位认证评估过程需要20个工作日以上。需要注意的是，这个时间不包括邮寄时间，工作日从我中心收到齐全的申请材料并通过初审的当日开始计算，至认证结果发放（寄出）之日结束。
