1, yes of course. we are always living a world filling of pressure, whatever in school or at work. to be honest, it is not conformatable at all to face the pressure, especially some external pressure, because always it is out of my control.
my own way to deal with the pressure at work have some general principles. first i believe i must hold the right attitude on it, facing it but not being scared. and then i will try to figure out what it is. it is the most important thing because you cannot act right without a right goal. finally it is the time to take actions.

i always understand i should do the right thing and then do the thing right. as for the direction, i will take it into consideration that whether it is right or not. if yes, i will do as best as i can. if not, i will give my response the boss or customer. i want him to know there is some concern from my side and ask him to consider it again. in case a good answer is got, i will act accordinlgy. otherwise, i will continue the communication on the topic.
the truth is sometime you have to follow the order without choice. although i hate this, it is not doubted to do so unless i want to lose my job.
