30分钟后,热油,正常放就行,比平常的油多点,把那一堆葱蒜花椒麻椒辣椒放热油里炒,炒几下放豆瓣酱,翻几下放虾尾,然后倒料酒白糖生抽,半没虾尾,开始中火熬,等汁熬完就能岀锅了。
关火盛盘,撒芝麻就ok了。
