How to keep healthy

Keep healthy is veryimportant for us. If you don’t healthy you will ill. You can’t work or studywell,and will fell very uncomfortable. So, inorder to keep healthy,we need to do something.
First, Don’talways stay up late, we need have good rest. Have a good rest, You don’t felltired. It is important,it makes you study and workbetter. I never stay up late, so, I fell good and I can study well every day.
Second, eat morefresh fruits and vegetables, eat less meet and junk food. Fresh food is goodfor us. They provide nutrition for us, it makes us healthy and stronger. I usuallyeat fresh food, and I hardly ever eat meet or junk food. So, I think I strongerthan before.
Third, we need todo some sports to be healthy. Doing sports can make our body thinner,and makes youlook younger. I like doing sports, I often play basketball with my friends onweekends. Sometimes, we go swimming, sure, we must ensure safe.
I never stay upearly, I have good eating habits, and I always do exercise. Do you think I’mhealthy?I think I’m very healthy.
