糯米蛋的做法
1.糯米洗干净,用水浸泡4小时。
2.泡好的糯米沥干水分,胡萝卜、腊肠切成小丁,与玉米粒一起加到糯米中搅拌均匀。
3.然后加入料酒、老抽、生抽、蚝油、十三香、玉米油搅拌均匀。
4.咸蛋、鸡蛋在一头敲出个小口,倒出蛋白,只留蛋黄。
5.将拌匀的糯米馅料灌入蛋里,九分满即可。
6.这个配方刚好做11个蛋,我咸蛋买少了,加了4个鸡蛋。
7.填好糯米料的蛋用锡纸包好,只包一层就可以了。
8.在蒸锅上放进包好锡纸的蛋。
9.大火把水烧开后,小火蒸2个小时左右。
10.香喷喷的糯米蛋就出炉啦,剥掉锡纸,稍微凉一点就可以吃了。本回答被网友采纳

金蜗牛秘制糯米蛋蛋分享制作方法:①将生鸭蛋洗净外壳,轻轻敲碎鸭蛋的一头,剥去顶部蛋壳,到出蛋清,蛋黄,腌过的鸭蛋黄比较硬,倒蛋清时,不用担心蛋黄会撒出来;②糯米可提前一天晚上浸泡(500克糯米可以做27—28只糯米蛋);③准备一块五花肉,切丁用料酒、生抽、老抽、葱姜、五香八角、香叶、胡椒粉、少许盐和糖一起拌拌,腌制一个小时;④把泡好的糯米沥干水分,加入老抽,少许盐,放入腌制好的五花肉丁拌入糯米中,再放入玉米粒,青豆,胡萝卜丁,再次拌匀,静置一个小时后,⑤用小勺慢慢的把拌好的糯米食材填入剩有蛋黄的蛋壳中,最好填得紧实点,但不能太满,蒸好的后米粒会膨胀些的,多了就会溢出来滴;⑥给每个鸭蛋裹上一层锡纸;⑦把裹好的糯米蛋蛋放到隔水的高压锅里,关好盖,蒸25分钟。吃货们的动手试试吧,好吃得不得了

糯米蛋蛋的做法步骤
1. 糯米泡七个小时
2. 干蘑菇,泡发,切丁
3. 腊肠,胡萝卜,玉米,切丁
4. 萝卜干炒五香粉
5. 咸鸭蛋
6. 把备好的料放一起,不需要放盐,因为萝卜干是咸的,鸭蛋也是咸的。
7. 咸鸭蛋,打出孔
8. 塞进8分满的糯米,蒸的时候加一点点水。蒸出来就软软的,不会干干硬硬
