主料:茄子1根、五花肉150克。

2、茄子清洗干净然后切成小段,把切好的茄子放在水里,然后加1点醋,把茄子泡一下。

3、把泡过水的茄子放在碟子中,然后用蒸锅蒸熟,大约蒸10到15分钟。

4、热锅凉油,把切碎的大蒜放入锅中煸炒出香味。
