They have given me the go ahead for the Discussion and negotiation about the posibility for the items.

But at the end of our Executives meeting, our company Manager surgest that we should make a Visit to your company with Four or Three of our Executives, so that they could come and discuss about the Products face to face and they will also inspect the company.

So, we have contact with the chinese embassy here in lagos for the Enquiry for the Business Visa, they told us all the requirement.

Now you have to go to your Local Government foreign affair Depertment to apply for an official invitation letter for our Executives, so that they could use it to get the Business visa at chinese Embassy here in lagos Nigeria.

That invitation letter issue by your Local Government is the one they accept at the chinese Embassy here in Lagos Nigeria.

既然说急的话就大概总结吧，就是这个公司对你们的产品和报价都很感兴趣，而且开会决定实地考察，将安排三到四个管理人员到你们公司参观，在去申请签证时询问到他们当地大使馆需要你们当地外事办发出的邀请函然后才能给他们办理商务签证。

所以，通知你们公司相关人员到当地政府外事办开具LETTER OF INVITATION（邀请函？），然后你们的客户将能在尼日利亚首都的中国大使馆办理签证了。
