镉污染对芥菜生理的影响及锰对镉活性的影响

摘要:本实验采用沙培的方法,研究了不同浓度的镉处理对芥菜的生长状况、叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖的含量及生物量积累的影响。结果表明,低浓度(1.5mg.L-1))的镉对植物的生长具有一定的促进作用。高浓度的镉导致叶绿素含量及生物量降低的同时,引起植物体内丙二醛和可溶性糖含量升高。芥菜在沙培条件下镉处理浓度为1—10mg.L-1的范围内,能相对正常生长。锰对镉有一定的抑制作用,会降低镉的活性。

Mustard cadmium pollution on the physiological effects of cadmium and manganese activity of

Abstract: This study used Shapei method to study the different concentrations of cadmium on the growth of mustard, chlorophyll, malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar content and the accumulation of biomass. The results showed that low concentration (1.5 mg.L-1)) of cadmium on the growth of plants have a certain role. High concentrations of cadmium and lead content of chlorophyll biomass decreased at the same time, caused in plants MDA and soluble sugar content rise. Mustard Shapei conditions in the concentration of cadmium 1-10 mg.L-1 within the scope of that relatively normal growth. Manganese of cadmium have a certain effect, would reduce the activity of cadmium.
