瘦肉切片,两勺花椒用研磨机碾碎,不用特别细腻,然后肉片里加一点花椒粒跟盐,搅拌均匀腌制半小时。

浸泡好的淀粉夜里加剩下的一半花椒粉和半勺盐,然后把腌制好的肉放进去,用筷子搅一下,每一片肉片都挂上淀粉.
锅里热油,油六成热时候下入肉片,肉片要用筷子一片一片夹进去,中小火炸熟,注意不要粘连,炸的时候记得给肉片翻面,到两面金黄时间捞出来了。
