把姜丝,蒜苗,红椒切好,把肉肥瘦切好,瘦肉用生抽,白糖少许,耗油,姜丝,盐,料酒淀粉,花生油腌30分钟,让肉入味~

小贴士
腐竹可以油炸,不过有点上火,而且用油多,泡发的腐竹,炒两三分钟就熟了,红椒最后放,因为煮太久太熟了就没有那么脆了
